Tracy's Breakfast Dish
Preheat the oven to 350Mix:
10 eggs
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 lb jack cheese
Add:
1/2 c melted butter
Mix Separately, then add to egg mixture:
1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. Tarragon
1 t. Dill Weed
Spray an 8 X 13" dish with a non stick spray.
After mixing all these together, pour into the prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes at 350.

I whipped this dish up for the Men's and Women's Breakfast (for Tracy) and there were so many "this is great" comments that I thought I'd share it with you. I have no idea what the name of this dish is but now it's, "Tracy's Breakfast Dish". This recipe is easy and fast to make. Enjoy!
